I have been a customer of this facility for years. Every time that I have a question or an issue every person that I have spoken with has taken the time to explain the facts to me so that I understand why the change was made. If I don't understand for example why my premium may have increased they take the time to explain it so that I understand. I also have to say how kind every person in the office is. My son is with a different insurance company for his vehicle. He was informing me of something that didn't make any sense. I phoned my State Farm office (Todd Powers) and they took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me about his issue. They have done that more than once. Never once complaining that he wasn't a customer and they didn't feel the need to assist me. And I spoke with every employee in the office. I can't thank them enough.
